Scott Crowdis, LEED AP, AScT.

Throughout Scott’s career he has proven himself to be a driven individual who has successfully led a wide range of roles in numerous construction and design projects. Starting out in the industry in metal fabrication and then moving into production and design offer many valuable insights into the entire building process. With over 20 years in the consulting industry, Scott has excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills. He has a solid foundation of knowledge using AutoCAD, load modeling using both HAP and Trace and has led all aspects of production from schematic design to construction administration. Scott has been a team leader and is a very friendly and outgoing individual. He has extensive code knowledge and experience with a large variety of buildings including commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational and recreational facilities. Scott is a LEED Accredited Professional and is an Applied Science Technologist (AScT) through ASTTBC. He is proud to be the Production Lead at Emergent Mechanical.
